LGM Racing and Development can clean your injectors in a heated ultrasonic bath, backflush and flow test up to 8 injectors simultaneously with our state of the art computer controlled GB800 cleaning and testing center. Starting at $20.00 per injector, injector cleaning and flow testing is cost effective alternative to simply replacing your current injectors.

Our industry leading GB800 Fuel Injector Test Station allows us to clean your injectors in a heated ultrasonic bath and backflush prior to performing an injector leak test, dynamic and static volumetric flow testing and spray pattern analysis. We can test at pressures from 0-110 psi (0-7.5 bar), RPM ranges from 900 to 8,500 and pulse widths from 1.0mS to 6mS with test durations ranging from 1 sec to 20 minutes in 1 sec increments. This gives us the capability to verify injector performance at idle, cruise and WOT to help identify any issues with fuel delivery for a variety of applications from street, drag, circle track to endurance racing.
