The VFactor 23° cylinder heads start with a premium Aerospace Specification A356 (Primary Virgin Ingot) aluminum casting which is both light weight and extremely corrosion resistant that is semi-finished by Profiler Performance. This casting also features a solid rocker pad for improved valvetrain stability and a revised spark plug location to improve flame travel. We then complete the machining process on one of our in house 5 axis CNC machining centers. This includes CNC machining of the intake and exhaust ports as well the combustion chambers. Heads are finished with a Custom Multi-Angle Valve Job, valve guides honed to size and deck surface finished for MLS Head Gaskets.
